Water: Water is life- literally. Nothing beats water when it comes to hydration. Water makes our skin look plump and healthy.

Green Tea: Green tea has lots of antioxidants that help protect the skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. If you think you’ll be out in the sun for most of the day, drink some green tea before or during. It will help decrease your chances of sunburns.

Pomegranate Juice: While green tea is packed with antioxidants, pomegranate juice is said to have twice as much! Pomegranate juice can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines because of its collagen boosting properties.

Soy Milk: Soybeans are great sources of protein. Protein helps keep your skin firm. Soy also is good for water retention or moisture, which increases skin elasticity and makes your hair shiny and healthy looking.

Kale smoothie: Kale is a super food. It has Vitamin A, which promotes cell growth and production. Vitamin A also stimulates fibroblasts, which are the cells that develop tissues that keep skin firm and healthy. Kale also contains Vitamin C that also helps with collagen production decreasing the appearance of fine lines.
