Easy 3-Ingredient Pumpkin Facial Mask

Fall is in the air and pumpkin is everywhere! So why not make a pumpkin facial mask? Pumpkin is a great ingredient for skin care since they’re loaded with Vitamins A, C, and E. These Vitamins are known to fight off wrinkles. Zinc, potassium, beta-carotene and other antioxidants are also in pumpkins and they help decrease redness in skin.

Well, lets get right down to business. Here’s what you’ll need:

• 2 TBSP. of organic canned pumpkin puree OR 2 TBSP. mashed pumpkin from an actual pumpkin
• ½ TSP organic honey
• ½ TSP. skim milk (or almond or soy)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Wash your face with your regular cleanser.
Apply the mixture on your face. If you have enough, apply it on your neck and also your décolletage.
Leave on for 20 minutes.
Rinse with warm water and dry with a towel.
Apply sunscreen/face cream.
